Rebranding
On July 9, 2024, we rebranded from the “Qsilver Project” to the “Valis Team”.
From Qsilver to Valis
We transitioned from “Qsilver” to “Valis” to reflect our evolution from an individual contributor to a collaborative group.
Valis (Vast Active Living Intelligence System) is a 1981 science fiction novel by American writer Philip K. Dick, author of Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? (Blade Runner). Our new name embodies our vision for innovation in the crypto space.
From Project to Team
We shifted from "Project" to "Team" to reflect the maturity and evolution of our initiative, emphasizing our collaborative approach and the integral role of the Qubic Community. We aim to involve community members as part of the Valis “Team," fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
Domains
To support this rebranding, we acquired three domains:
- valis.xyz - for our website.
- valis.technology - for our infrastructure services (e.g. websocket.valis.technology).
- valis.team - for providing corporate email addresses to different teams.

Text Logo
The Valis text logo uses the M PLUS Rounded 1c typeface in the Regular 400 style. Both the black and white versions are designed to provide excellent contrast for optimal legibility. Aligned with our motto, "Execution and Transparency", our logo embodies minimalism, simplicity, and clarity. The distinct, clean lines of the M PLUS Rounded 1c typeface reinforce our commitment to transparency, making our brand easily recognizable and accessible. Through this design, we aim to convey our core values, ensuring that our brand communication is both straightforward and impactful.

The Valis brand logo is derived from the first two letters of the Valis text logo.
Product Text Logos
Our product text logos are designed to maintain brand consistency while highlighting each product. The "VALIS" part uses the M PLUS Rounded 1c typeface in Thin 100 style, subtly shifting attention to the product name. The product name stands out clearly in Regular 400 style and is highlighted with a unique accent color for differentiation. This approach ensures cohesiveness with the Valis brand while allowing each product in our portfolio to stand out.
